Nidec Corporation' s Commander S series frequency converter offers more than traditional frequency converters at a great price. The Commander S series inverters can be expanded with optional modules with communication or additional inputs and outputs. The converter features the RFC-A vector rotor flux control algorithm, a user PID controller, and programmable internal logic including comparators and other useful features. It also includes 2x analog input, 1x analog output, 4x digital input, 1x digital input/output, 1x relay. Setting up the frequency converter is facilitated by an NFC interface that allows simple parameter changes using a mobile phone with NFC and the Marshall app installed and supplied by the manufacturer. Thanks to this interface it is also possible to monitor the frequency converter, diagnose, clone settings etc.
