Ascon Tecnologic KX7 is a new generation intelligent PID controller with many features. Among other things, it allows to unify and simplify the control of machines such as various food continuous ovens, pizza ovens, pasta ovens, pastry ovens, cooling tunnels, label shrink tunnels, packaging machines, etc. In addition to precise temperature control, it can also control the speed of the conveyor belt drive by PWM feedback signal. The superior features of the Kube series include:

  • Temperature control type settings for On/Off, On/Off with neutral zone, PID single-acting and dual-acting control including several automatic parameter tuning options
  • Algorithms for servo drive control
  • Colour changeable display depending on control deviation, with economy mode option
  • PWM control for connection of 24V motors
  • User calibration of the input variable
  • Possibility to set feedrate based on time, speed, or % of maximum speed
  • Possibility to set up to 4 independent recipes (temperature and feed rate values)
  • Optionally, functions can be extended by an independent timer with 5 different functions
