Ascon Tecnologic TCO30 is a controller designed to control baking ovens and ovens. It is capable of controlling the upper and lower heating coils, lighting, extraction of excess steam from the oven space and, if necessary, the addition of steam to the baking space. It allows you to set up to 8 different baking programs, has an internal clock and many other useful features.
