The Ascon Tecnologic E33 is a digital controller, typically used in refrigeration equipment using On/Off compressor control. The controller allows for active evaporator defrost of the chiller by heating coils or reverse cycle (hot refrigerant vapor), or allows for heating/cooling control with or without a neutral zone, including the ability to control with independent setpoints for heating and cooling. The Ascon Tecnologic E33 controller also allows detailed setting of alarm conditions and the controller's behaviour when they occur and are accepted.
Up to 3 NTC temperature sensors can be connected to the Ascon Tecnologic E33 controller, or one input can be used to connect an auxiliary digital contact. For local reporting of alarm conditions, the controller includes an internal buzzer.
