TheNGPOP Product Temperature Probe allows you to simulate and display the temperature of the goods and control temperature alarms depending on the temperature of the nearby product, not depending on the ambient air temperature in the refrigerated space. Its characteristics more closely match those of refrigerated/frozen goods than standard temperature sensors with short thermal inertia. Thanks to the magnet, these probes are particularly suitable for use on metal shelves or walls.
