Dixell XB570L 5N1C1 cooling controller for shock freezing in stainless steel

The Dixell XB570L thermostat is designed for shock freezing or freezing food according to international food safety standards. The controller can use four types of freezing cycles : cycles Cy1 to Cy4 are preset according to the most commonly used cycles in food technology. The user can select one of them according to his requirements, and modify it as needed. The controller is equipped with internal real time and can be connected to an XB07PR (XB05PR) printer and print reports with all the main parameters of the freezing cycle ( start and end, cycle length and recorded temperature of the compartment and core of the food).

In addition to the standard temperature inputs for sensing compartment and evaporator temperatures, this controller is equipped with three additional inputs for needle temperature probes designed to monitor product core temperature. Each controller is also equipped with an output for an X-REP remote display that indicates the temperature of the compartment or frozen food.
