Dixell XC645CX Used to control compressors and fans of condensing units. Compressors can be Digital Scroll, single, multi-stage.
The starting point for control using a neutral zone or proportionality band is the pressure or temperature sensed at the low pressure section (compressor suction) or high pressure section (condenser) of the circuit. A special algorithm balances the compressors' accrued hours to distribute the entire workload evenly.
The controller can convert the pressure reading and display it as a temperature.
The front panel offers complete information on system status, load status, condensing pressure (temperature), possible alarms or maintenance conditions. Each load has its own alarm input that can shut it down when activated.
Using the HOT KEY programming key, the controller can be easily programmed when switched on. The controller can be connected to Dixell Xweb monitoring systems using the TTL output and the XJ485CX to RS485 bus converter, using the standard ModBus RTU protocol.
