Dixell XR30CX are electronic thermostats suitable for normal temperature cooling applications using passive defrost (defrost by stopping the compressor). They are designed for panel mounting (with a 71 x 29 mm hole) and have a front panel size of 32 x 74 mm. They are equipped with two relay outputs. One for compressor control and the other for light, alarm signalling or as an auxiliary output whose function is parameter adjustable.
Up to three PTC or NTC temperature sensors can be connected to the Dixell XR30CX controllers. One for temperature control, the second and the third are optional (connected to the HOT KEY connector and to the dig.input) to signal a condensing temperature alarm or just to display any temperature on a remote display. The Dixell XR30CX units also have a digital input for alarm signaling, to turn on the auxiliary output or to trigger defrost. The HOT KEY output can be used to connect the unit (using the external XJ485-CX module) to a Dixell XWEB monitoring system. The instruments can be fully configured with parameters that can be easily programmed using the keypad or HOT KEY programming key, or by using the ProgToolKit interface.
This model features a compressor relay with up to 8A load capability (3A inductive load). The auxiliary relay is also rated at 8A (3A inductive load).
