Dixell XR44CH 0N0C8 cooling controller for two compressors and evaporators

The Dixell XR44CH models are microprocessor-based controllers, particularly suitable for medium or low temperature cooling applications. They are designed for panel mounting and have dimensions of 32 × 74 mm.

They are equipped with four relay outputs: two relays for controlling two compressors, two relays for separate defrost control of two evaporators. The outputs can also be set for other functions related to chiller control, such as alarm, lighting, auxiliary output, neutral zone. The individual relays can be switched up to 16A. They are equipped with three inputs for PTC or NTC temperature sensors. One for temperature control, the second and third located on the evaporator (used to control the defrost termination temperature).

Dixell XR44CH units also have a digital input for alarm signalling, for switching on the auxiliary output or for starting defrost. The digital input can optionally be configured for a third temperature sensor. The HOT KEY output can be used to connect the unit (using the external XJ485-CX module) to a Dixell XWEB monitoring system. Communication is via ModBUS-RTU protocol. The instruments can be fully configured with parameters that can be easily programmed using the keypad or the HOT KEY programming key.
