Dixell XR460C controllers are designed for simultaneous control of two temperatures from one controller. They are suitable for controlling two evaporators of a simple refrigeration system, such as white and red wine cabinets, dispensing, service and transport cabinets with different temperatures, or for controlling and displaying two temperatures in storage. It is also used for heating/cooling applications (dispensing counters with water bath and cool box), for normal/low temperature control with 1 or 2 cooling circuits and or two heated rooms.
The Dixell XR460C controllers, in a 32 x 74 mm panel design, are designed for independent control of two temperatures. The first section is suitable for controlling cooling at medium and low temperatures. Three relay outputs are fitted to control the compressor, defrost (can be electric or hot steam) and evaporator fan. It is also equipped with two inputs for PTC/NTC temperature probes. One for temperature control and the other for evaporator defrost termination. The second section is also suitable for cooling (heating) control at normal temperatures. It is equipped with a PTC/NTC temperature probe input for temperature control and a relay output for compressor (heating) control. Defrosting can be passive and is done by stopping the compressor running. It is also equipped with two digital inputs with configurable parameters. The controller can be connected to a monitoring system via the standard TTL output and via the TTL/RS485 conversion. Communication is via ModBUS-RTU protocol. Parameters can be entered or copied into the device using the HOT KEY programming key.
These controllers offer the user the advantages of a single device with integrated defrost and alarm control. Icons on the display monitor and signal output and system status in real time.
A clear keypad allows easy access to main functions and direct setting of desired temperatures. All controllers can be quickly and easily programmed using the HOT KEY.
