The Euroster 11E is a device used to control (switch on/off) the circulating pump of the heating system depending on the set temperature. The pump can be connected either to the heating circuit or to the DHW circuit.
As soon as the boiler water temperature is higher than the desired temperature (+hysteresis), the pump is started. To prevent the boiler from dewing, the temperature set by the rotary switch must be higher than the dew point temperature in the room. Stopping the pump after the boiler has been extinguished will prevent unwanted cold water flow into the heating system, which would rapidly reduce the temperature in the boiler and radiators.
The EUROSTER 11E is equipped with an ANTYSTOP system that protects the pump from clogging during prolonged inactivity (in the summer months). During the non-heating season, the pump starts for 30 seconds every 14 days.
