It contains two power relays controlled by a wireless signal. It is mains powered and can be used to receive the signal from TP-82 or TP-83 wireless thermostats. Up to 4 thermostats can be taught to each relay. Thus, a total of 8 thermostats can be taught to the receiver, and as long as at least one thermostat sends a heating request to the corresponding relay, that relay remains on.
