The Xjet WT-1 needle thermometer is used, for example, to measure the temperature of food, beverages and milk during preparation, heating or cooling. It can be used in agriculture, heating, cooling, automotive, simply wherever surface and core temperatures need to be known.

- Rinse the probe with warm water and keep it clean
