The Ebro EBI 11 series loggers are one of the smallest rugged temperature and/or pressure data loggers in the world. Their main use is in the food industry and laboratories where they are used to monitor temperature (pressure) during sterilization operations. Due to their size, they can be immersed and sealed directly into the product sample (beverage bottle, food can, etc.), thus guaranteeing the most objective measurement under realistic conditions. They are powered by two lithium batteries and programming is done wirelessly from an interface connected to a PC. The interface is not included. The Ebro EBI 11 series recorders are available in many versions to cover a wide range of applications. They are offered with one or two measurement channels (temperature, pressure, temperature+pressure).
