- Switch to activate the management of the temperature threshold below which humidity control is disabled;
- Switch to activate defrost for the accumulation and preservation phase. (The defrost phase is triggered at the start of the proofing phase, if enabled, and then disabled during the proofing and resting phase);
- Toggle to allow a gradual increase to reach the set temperature (for the proofing phase only).
