Ascon Tecnologic KM5 is a new generation intelligent programmable PID controller, with the possibility of programming the time course of the desired value (heating curve, etc.). Up to 8 programs / 96 segments (6 transition ramps and 6 durations per program) can be programmed. Up to 4 programs can be run consecutively without intervention. Two of the outputs are equipped with relays, one output is for SSR, or this output can be set as a second digital input. Synthesizing the latest trends in precision control with the long-tested features of earlier Ascon and Tecnologic products, it maintains continuity including both programming methods.
