ThePixsys ATR142, a 32 x 74 mm controller, is a highly configurable, versatile device that allows considerable customization to customer requirements, both on the input and output side.

The input can be programmed for temperature sensors , resistance thermocouples and thermocouples , but also for pressure , humidity and flow sensors. The control algorithm allows PID settings for cooling/heating (dual PID control). The PID control is optimized for both temperature control and process variables with fast transients, such as pressure control or flow control. Pixsys ATR142 software features include logic for opening and closing valves for industrial thermoregulation, air conditioning control, batching systems, etc. The controller outputs can be set for control / multiple alarm modes / event signalling. Serial communication is optional RS485 with Modbus/Slave protocol. The controller also allows programming of basic timer and cycler functions with three pre-programmed steps.
