Ascon Tecnologic TLK43 microprocessor controllers support these types of control:
Ascon Tecnologic TLK43 are equipped with Autotuning and Selftuning functions and Fuzzy control for PID control. The PID control is performed in a two degree of freedom algorithm and optimizes the instrument function independently of process disturbances and setpoint changes.
Furthermore, the controller can communicate over the RS485 serial communication link via the MODBUSRTU public protocol with a baud rate of up to 38,400 baud.
The actual value is shown in red on the upper 4-digit display and the setpoint in green on the lower 4-digit display. The status of the outputs is indicated by 4 LEDs. The controller allows 4 setpoints to be stored in memory and can have up to four outputs: relay or solid state relay SSR.
The input of the device is universal and programmable. It can be connected to thermocouples (J,K,S, B, C, E, L, N, R, T), Pt100 and Pt1000 RTDs, PTC and NTC thermistors, Tecnologic infrared sensors and standardized analog signals (0/4 to 20 mA, 0/1 to 5 V, 0/2 to 10 V, 0 to 50/60 mV, 12 to 60 mV). Versions of the controllers with four outputs also allow the fourth output to be set as a digital input.
The controller can be equipped with a current transformer at the input to measure the current through the load - HEATER BREAK ALARM function.
