PID controller Tecnologic TLK49 HVOR with voltage input

Ascon Tecnologic TLK 49 is a microprocessor controller with ON/OFF control, neutral zone ON/OFF and PID single-acting or double-acting (direct or inverse function). It is also equipped with fast AUTOTUNING function, SELFTUNING function and automatic parameter calculation for FUZZY CONTROL in PID control. The controlled variable is shown on the four-digit red display, the desired value on the four-digit green display and the status of the outputs is indicated by two indicator lights. The controller allows up to 4 setpoints to be stored in memory and can have up to two relay outputs or a solid state relay (SSR) output.
Depending on the model (2nd letter of the code in the name), the input can be set to one of the following four input signal options:

• C: thermocouples (J,K,S and Tecnologic IRS infrared sensors), normalized signals ( 0 to 50/60 mV, 12 to 60 mV) and Pt100 resistive sensors.
• E: thermocouples (J,K,S and Tecnologic IRS infrared sensors), normalized signals ( 0 to 50/60 mV, 12 to 60 mV) and PTC and NTC solid-state sensors.
• I: standardized analog signals 0/4..20 mA
• V: normalised analogue signals 0..1 V, 0/1..5 V, 0/2..10 V
