The Ascon Tecnologic TLK 72 is a microprocessor-based single-loop controller with ON/OFF control, neutral zone ON/OFF and single-acting or dual-acting PID (direct or inverse function). It is also equipped with fast AUTOTUNING function, SELFTUNING function and automatic parameter calculation for FUZZY CONTROL during PID control.
Furthermore, the instrument is equipped with one digital input and RS485 serial communication using MODBUS-RTU communication protocol with baud rate up to 38,400 baud.
The controlled variable is displayed on a four-digit red display and the status of the outputs is indicated by three LEDs on the display.
The controller allows 4 setpoints to be stored in memory and can have three outputs: relay or solid state relay SSR.
Depending on the model, the following can be connected to the input:
model C: thermocouples (J,K,S and Tecnologic IRS infrared sensors), normalized signals ( 0 to 50/60 mV, 12 to 60 mV) and Pt100 resistance sensors
model E: thermocouples (J,K,S and Tecnologic IRS infrared sensors), normalized signals ( 0 to 50/60 mV, 12 to 60 mV) and PTC and NTC solid-state sensors
model I: standardised analogue signals 0/4..20 mA
model V: normalised analogue signals 0..1 V, 0/1..5 V, 0/2..10 V
