The Pixsys ATR227 controller is a microprocessor controlled PID controller with one universal analog input, configurable outputs and a power supply in the range of 24...230 Vacdc. Up to 18 different types of sensors can be connected to it. A special feature of this model is the advanced power control of the inductive load at the output via the SSR output. It is possible to set the control by phase control or Burst firing (zero switching with fixed time base). A digital input allows various controller functions to be activated, including selection of auto/manual mode. Configuration is possible using either pushbuttons or a Memory card key with internal battery, where it is not necessary to connect the controller to a power supply as is usual with competing controllers.
