The Pixsys ATR244 is a new programmable controller with one universal analog input, and configurable outputs for both SSR and relay.
The analog input is universal, with high resolution (16 bit A/D converter) and accuracy, and can be connected to temperature sensors and type signals:
- k, S, R, J, T, N, B thermocouple with automatic cold end compensation
- Pt100
- Pt500
- Pt1000
- Ni100
- PTC
- NTC
- 0...10V (50,000 points)
- 0/4...20mA (40.000 points)
- 0...60mV (25,000 points)
- potentiometer 1...150k? (50.000 points)
The output of the Pixsys ATR244 controller can use integrated relays, SSR outputs, or an analog output adjustable to 4...20mA, 0...10V, or for rebroadcasting the setpoint/current value.
Specific functions include Soft-Start function expressed by degree/time ratio or % power, logic for servo drive control (dual PID control for cooling and heating), possibility to set up to 4 setpoints, pre-programmed Start/Stop cycle with two/three steps.
Other software features include:

- Automatic and manual tuning of control parameters
- Data protection - control lockout / alarm setting / password protected parameter input
- Alarm types - Absolute / Threshold, Band, High / Low deviation. Alarm with manual reset option. Control loop function alarm (Loop break alarm)
- Automatic / manual function - output as a percentage of output with automatic detection of input sensor error
- Open/close logic for motorized valve control
- Quick setup options - programming via memory card, LABSOFTVIEW software, programming via EASY-UP codes
- Programming via Android smartphone app with NFC
Of course, there are also several types of automatic PID parameter settings and adaptation to the controlled process. Configuration is possible using a mobile phone (smartphone) with Android operating system with NFC (RFID) support - MyPixsys app for Android devices. The Pixsys ATR244 controller is also equipped with an RS485 Modbus RTU Slave serial communication link and, using the measuring transformer input, a load fault monitoring function.
