Pixsys ATR421 controller for single-loop control. It allows you to program up to 15 loops/programs that can contain up to 45 steps/sections. All freely programmable by the user as rise, dwell or fall. Programming features are simple even for less skilled users.
This controller is primarily designed for controlling industrial furnaces/air conditioners/dryers and for controlling thermal processes requiring programming of cycles/profiles with time-based process control. It also includes special functions such as Waiting (useful whenever the process is delayed beyond the programmed setpoint) or Cycle Recovery (for unexpected performance errors).
Two analog inputs, relay/SSR outputs configurable as alarm/help, RS485-ModbusRTU serial communication. All settings can be made by front panel buttons and no jumper settings are necessary. A MEMORY CARD can be used for quick programming.
