Pixsys ATR444 PID controller integrates all the features of Pixsys Blu Line controllers.

The bright alphanumeric display allows optimal visibility in all industrial environments, not only for process and alarm variables, but also for scrolling text status/event messages and online help messages.

The keypad now includes 8 buttons with the ability to program individual buttons for dedicated functions, allowing direct access from the front panel to frequent operations or functions that could be complex or time consuming for the user to operate.

Smartphone programming mode with the MyPixsys App relies on NFC technology and requires no cabling, power or special hardware, which also makes it a useful remote assistance tool for the ability to share configuration files via common messaging applications.

Two universal analog inputs allowing mathematical operations (differential, average, sum) , an extensive combination of analog and digital outputs, valve open/close logic, several alarm and diagnostic functions, timer mode: the most complete Pixsys ATR444 models support advanced applications that may traditionally require programmable logic.

In heating/cooling mode, up to two PID control loops can be handled with a flexible algorithm that is optimized even for fast processes or processes requiring high accuracy.

Some versions also integrate a programmer mode for cycle/profile control with 12 segments.

Connectivity includes RS485 and ModbusRTU protocols, while the controller can also be used with the Pixsys CNV580 IIoT gateway to remotely monitor selected variables and trigger alerts via PixsysGuard.
