The Ascon Tecnologic Z31A is a digital thermostat, typically used in heating or cooling equipment using On/Off appliance/compressor control. Evaporator defrost is accomplished by interval stopping of the compressor. The controller has one output relay for compressor control and one input for PTC/NTC sensor. Optionally, it can be equipped with a buzzer for alarm signaling.
