Thermostat for aquariums and terrariums DTC-120 with day and night temperature and timer for lighting

The device allows you to regulate the temperature in the terrarium or aquarium and timed switching of other outputs (airing, lighting, etc.). The device consists of a basic part with switched sockets, a display with control and a waterproof temperature sensor.

1.Control part with display - this part can be easily attached to the glass using the 2 supplied Velcro stickers. A temperature sensor with a 1m long cable with plastic end cap and suction cup also leads from the control section to the glass.

2. Power and switching section - consisting of a mains plug with built-in adapter and two sockets. One socket - marked I - is for heating control only. This is where the heating element is connected. The second socket - marked II - is for time switching. This is where the terrarium lighting or the aquarium air supply is connected.

The thermostat is controlled by a PID algorithm, which is able to maintain the temperature with less deviation from the desired value than the standard On/Off control used in other devices. This results in more frequent switching of the heater for shorter periods of time.
