iProGenius is Dixell's line of programmable controllers offering the optimal solution for all HVAC/R market needs. They are designed for all applications suitable for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) including commercial and office centers, hospitals, airports, residential buildings and more.

They offer a high level of engineering to facilitate external connectivity and programmability to meet all customer requirements and needs. In addition to the possibility of local control via a graphic keypad with custom Dixell VGIPG visualization or via TGIPG series touch panels, iProGenius offers the possibility to connect to Ethernet/Internet or to a Dixell Xweb superior monitoring system, or optionally allows remote management via GPRS GSM modem via mobile phone or email.

Expandability and scalability is enabled by IPX modules that offer various combinations of analogue and digital inputs and outputs.

Features and functions of Dixell iProGenius controllers:

  • Powerful platform based on Linux OS and ARM9 microprocessor (200MHz / 32bit)
  • Internal web server with standard or custom web pages
  • Ethernet to connect to the Internet/intranet and other controllers for distributed management
  • USB output allowing upload/download of parameters, data and alarms
  • RS485 slave for connection to Dixell Xweb monitoring systems or other devices
  • BACnet communication for easy and instant integration with devices from different manufacturers
  • Interface for connecting IPX expansion modules for system scalability
  • Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV) controller interface

Programming is done using the industry-standard ISaGRAF® software solution for programming the system control logic, Wizmate for communication with the controllers themselves, and Visoprog for programming the user visualization and control using the graphic keypad.
