Customizable shock cooling cycles

Eight predefined and modifiable standard cycles and the possibility to create new cycles allow the user to optimize and reduce working time by ensuring the most suitable type of processing for the product.

Protection and hygiene

The flat surface is easy and quick to clean and guarantees a leading IP65 protection rating for high hygiene.

HACCP compliant

HACCP reports are easily accessible for complete and immediate food control. An internal database saves all events such as high temperature alarms, power failure and maximum cycle time exceeded.

Safety

Special features such as "compressor crankcase heating delay" or minimum/maximum condenser temperature control ensure maximum unit safety in any situation.

User-friendliness and simplicity
